Finished look. Matrix colorist Sharon Peake of Ethos Hairdressing in Manchester, England used Schwarzkopf color to create her “Soundwave” technique that enhances the best geometric cut by Ethos and Matrix stylist Adam Bryant. This hair color look is an entry for the Schwarzkopf Colour Technician of the Year on the British Hairdressing Awards.

STEP 1: Apply Schwarzkopf Blondme with six percent developer to the regrowth and with three percent at the med lengths to boost existing gold tones. Apply Blondeme toning Cream and Ice with two percent developer for 3 minutes.

STEP 2:  Blow dry hair forward from the crown.

STEP 3: Take an exceptionally fine veil section on the crown and ranging from the sections closest to the hairline, use a broom to use equal parts Schwarzkopf Igora Royal 5-0 and six-4 with three percent developer brushing the hair towards the completed style.

STEP 4: The last two sections across the head are faded into the blond with Igora 6-0 and seven-4 with three percent developer.
