Quinoa Snack from Andrea Schwanda-Matthews

1/4 c quinoa

1/2 c almond milk

1/4 tbsp of cinnamon

1/2 tbsp cocoa powder

1 pkg. frozen blueberries

STEP 1: Boil the primary four ingredients together an identical way within which you will cook quinoa in water. Follow the directions at the box; it’s going to take about quarter-hour.

STEP 2: Line a bowl with frozen blueberries, and pour the aggregate over them. “The warm mixture over the crunchy, cold berries is a brilliant taste!” Schwanda-Matthews says. Alternatively, you are able to add dried fruit, nuts or oats to the quinoa.
