“For the mint extension pieces, i began on level 10 and applied equal parts Wella /33 + /28 + /00 to five parts (or more) of Pastel developer,” he says. Drew colored them twice.

“Her hair cut was inspired by a cut I saw Australian educator Tracy Hughes do at a category in Milwaukee,” he says.
